About Me
Hi, my name is Suzanne Vetillart. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, then spent twenty years living and working in Asia across architecture, boutique hospitality, and retail.
Ten years ago I started investing in real estate. Today I own multifamily and single family investment properties in the Seattle area. I learned how to run a portfolio the hard way, by making a lot of mistakes, and what I figured out is that the whole point of real estate is more time and freedom, and you get there by building a solid team around you.
That experience is what I bring to my work now. I'm a full-time Host Advisor, hired to launch the Seattle Metro market with PadSplit, the nation's largest rent-by-room marketplace. My role is to help property owners understand their numbers, figure out whether this model actually fits what they're trying to build, and get to a place where they can run it well and grow their portfolios.

Why this Matters
PadSplit turns single-family homes into affordable rooms for the workforce that keeps a city running: nurses, grocery workers, teachers who are getting priced out.
On the West Coast the model is still in its early stages (less than 1,000 rooms) versus more than 10,000 in Atlanta alone, which means every room added here isn't just cash flow, it's a person housed below market in a place that's running out of room for them.
